In the event that you need to reschedule a delivery date or amend the delivery address, please notify us promptly. We will endeavour to accommodate reasonable requests whenever possible but reserve the right to charge additional fees to cover costs incurred. For non-perishable items, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided these products have not been used, damaged or removed from their packaging.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of floral products, we do not generally accept returns or offer refunds for unwanted but correctly supplied flowers. In the rare event that your flowers arrive wilted, damaged in transit, or not as described, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear description and photographic evidence of the issue. We will, at our discretion, arrange for a replacement, alternative arrangement, or a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances. Refunds are made to the original payment method used at order placement and may take up to seven working days to process.

Non-perishable items are subject to statutory rights under UK law. Please contact us if you believe the item supplied is faulty, not as described, or damaged.
